In 2001, our agency obtained a professional licence and started to guarantee and carry out public auctions, in accordance with Act no. 26/2000 Coll. Our agency has been a member of the Economic Chamber of Prague. Upon a competition, we have become an exclusive accommodation broker of employees of the Swedish contingent realising, until 2015, the programme GRIPEN FOR CZECH REPUBLIC, which is supported by the government of Czech Republic.
Our agency provides the complete services on the real estate market, with the orientation on brokerage of sale, purchase, and lease of real estate property throughout the capital city and its vicinity. We realise sales of all types of real estate property (flats, family houses, residential premises, and commercial premises), and also financial and legal services. On the basis of your demand, we search for the suitable flats, family houses, premises, and lands for sale or lease.
We guarantee a complete service comprising gratuitous appraisals of real estate property, execution of expert opinions, publicity in all available periodicals, viewing of the chosen real estate property, co-operation with the relevant authorities (Building Department, Land Registry etc.), and the final financial settlement.

Since November 2004 we have been offering, in co-operation with company DDS s.r.o., sales of recreation stays, and accommodation at cottages and holiday houses in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
